I am a canadian citizen , it is just my wife who wrote the test , she is just worried ,thu she got a message that she passed

That is sad , was the ID you used expired or with no sig ? My wife used her PR and still waiting confirmation , any way to know if it is accepted or not ? she got the message that she passed the exam , then the website closed .
