Yes, you can give biometrics in any country you are legally allowed to enter. Also, your visa can be stamped in Jordan.

@handsome_94 only paper-based applications are said to be closed/disallowed till 30th of sep. Please read properly before posting such statements

VFS has re-opened in India for UK and many other countries but IRCC is not allowing VFS to even do biometrics for Canada. This does not make sense because VFS is already taking safety measures to reduce risk, just like for UK. Canada can continue to disallow foreign nationals from entering...
