They landed on 24th October and PA got the COPR on December 8th. They were allowed entry till 31 December. They would have had to go to airport to get an extension if they PA didn’t get COPR till that time.

They ideally should not do that to save anyone from confusion but in practice they stamp the visa and issue the copr to dependent’s. That’s what happened in our case and when they arrive here before pa getting the copr they are in a messy situation which one should try to avoid. Hope it helps.

Understood. Then they should not stamp the Outland dependent’s passport and issue them a copr or give them instructions to wait until the pa has been landed virtually. It’s all so confusing.

Hmm.. etobicoke is very slow probably the slowest. My brother is Outland and his application is processing here in Canada owing to workload distribution since Jan 2022. Just one adr in March and absolute silence since then.

Hi .. if your online account does not show any tab to upload documents then you will have to submit your documents through webform or you have the option to send the documents through courier. You would have got all the information on the mail sent by the officer. Hope it helps.
