It's pretty normal to receive the pre-arrival email while you are still living in Canada. Does't matter but a good sign which means they're right dealing with your application.Don't be worried.

Previously, the PR card was estimated to be deliverd within 6weeks (41days). Your case has been delayed over 30 days, so there's probably something wrong with your delivery address which is supposed to be your living address. Call Cic to confirm your PR card delivery informaiton as soon as possible.

Now I got a question on how to track the PR card delivery. Anyone konws any methods? Or we just wait here without nothing to do? Someone quoted the other forum on tracking the PR card, but that's more helpful for the EE applicantis not us-PNP applicants. Here's the link to EE Pr Cards...

Normally, this wouldn't happen. Cuz if you application got refused, you won't receive the CIO approval email.
