Did you called them recently? Because yesterday I called them and after that there was an update. Because he left a note on my file. After that it’s says submitted. Nothing else!

Today I called them since did my landing on 10 September. They said it’s a 15 days process and they put a hold on my application for some reason. And there is no note or something on file. Flying to back home in end of this month. Hopefully will receive it before. Worried about t

They are saying 15 days. But definitely they are taking more then that. Hopefully will get it soon.
