Yes, correct. So if the airline allows you to board the flight then you can show COPR when you arrive in Canada. The only issue is airline not allowing you to board. If you traveling to US, airline usually allow you to board (tried it many times). Other countries might be a problem.

Mine was delivered on Jan 10. and status says, it's still in progress. If you don;t mind me asking, has your COPR expired? Mine is valid till Apr 10 and I believe you can re-enter Canada with the COPR along with your passport without travel document.

According to USPS, they were delivered on Jan 10. The application status does not say they have been received. I checked with an agent yesterday and she said there is no information on file.

What does 'documents uploaded' status mean? My status just got updated from Reviewing documents to documents uploaded. Has someone else noticed this? Any pointers?

When you say return tracker was activated, I am assuming you could track the shipment on FedEx website. Correct? The reason i ask is because my application status changed yesterday 10/3 but i have not seen any movement on my return label yet.

It took mine 2 business days. Delivered 19th. Received by agent on 21st.
