I don't know how they works I submitted my app on 17 jun 18 August UCI number got updated 22nd August Medical approved 22nd August - BG status moves to we are processing your file. last update on file is 30 August After that there is not update-

You call CIC press 7 and then 0. Ask about your file status and then ask where it is getting processed. They will confirm

same here , my file is processing in Etibocoke, I think they are taking time, where is your file processing.

I called them last week as well they said last update on my file is on 30 August, my R10 is complete , Security is complete, Criminality is progress since then. For me it will be miracle bro :)
