it's all done automatically in the system. You don't receive anything, in my case, my medical status changed to we are processing your medical exam and then to you passed medical exam on Jan.23. And today, we got a landing interview instead of PPR!

Hey, a quick update, I passed eligibility check in 2019.09, and started background check at the same time. This month, BC also passed, and they extended my medical exam on 2020.01.23, now waiting for PPR, hopefully it will come out soon. How about yours? Have you got PPR already?

it's done by cic automatically, the requested the extension, you don't have to do anything.
