    I could have applied before my 55 birthday, but didn't, as I didn't need to to do either the citizenship or language tests. I applied at the start of January this year.     Took about a week after my AOR, to get the email to set up the tracker and then a couple of days after that it worked. You cannot create the tracker until you get an email asking you too.

    I believe everyone has to get fingerprints. I think it tells you on the website what to do it you are outside Canada.
