    1 Can you use it ? yes.. but if caught, it can lead to refusal of ur pr application. (How can you be caught? they can raise an ADR for ur fathers 6 months statement if they doubt this. That will show the loan) 2 Yes, it is considered as loan/debt/borrowed money.

    I don't think it should be a problem. But to be sure, you can always add your husband as a joint account holder. Still, I'd suggest you research more on this :)

    Bank will give you a balance as of now letter that will show all kind of accounts you have with them. That letter itself states that you dont have a loan account with them.

    Yes you have to show statement of 6 months. Although, not necessary that money should be in ur account for 6 months if you take a gift deed.

    Yes you can do that. And no, you dont need to, but sometimes they do ask an ADR for 6 months statement. So, its up to you if you want to upload it upfront.

    From what I've seen in groups and forums, I think its always best to show all investment, credit and loan accounts. Still, this is just my opinion. You should research or ask more people before making Ur decision.

    You can get a gift deed of transfer of funds done from his account to your account. If you can transfer that fd in ur name and then show that in ur account, then yes you can do that.
