SCR office is processing my case. Oath ceremony completed today. Does anyone know the timeline to get the citizenship certificate?

Thank you! You are correct! I did find out by logging in to my ircc account. I think the letter will be emailed a couple of days before the ceremony.

What is current process on receiving oath letter. Is it via email or mail?

Finally!!! My status turn to DM yesterday (May 17). Everything is marked as completed but the oath. For everyone here is my timeline (paper application): Applied: Aug 16 AOR: sep 23 BG: Dec 14 Test: Feb 28 DM: May 17

Processing as normal! They didn't consider the letter from his employer.

My friend did the same thing but they rejected his request.

On this link, my last update is on Dec 10th but I gave the test on Feb 27th and it was marked complete on March 1. But ECAS doesn’t show anything about it. Is this normal?

The only concern is that most of us are now waiting on our test invite and/or oath. When most of us applied the processing time was 12 months. And hope they stick to that.

27 months processing time that's crazy, not sure if the current applicants will be affected by this timeline.

I will suggest wait for a day and also check your junk box. If not call or raise a webform.

Yes, you have to email them that you will be taking the test outside Canada but only after your receive an email from them.
