Hello members, I applied for paper visa application on 22 June got my UCI few days back(Is this normal?) and when I am connecting it GC key website its not going through, any same issues with anyone else, the website says njes.apps.ci.gc.ca’s server IP address could not be found.

I applied my Visitor Visa with my family on 28 July which was refused last week, There were refusal letters sent with my wife and my daughter's passports and I got a slip which states that important information will be sent on my email or on CIC login Id. I did not attached my files online...

Its longer wait for applications . I applied for my parents in 2015 for Canada , It took 5 days for visa approval and my sister and her family applied in May 2017, It took 2 and half weeks, All applications were paper based. They are giving an early priority to Online applications.

What I think they are considering those as working days ...So 32 working days may be,,,,

Ya Sure i will update, I Talked to VFS representatives, they are saying because of high volume of applications. they gave me an email id, which is delhi-im-enquiry@international.gc.ca. I emailed them too last Thursday only got reply by automated computerize email. Email them if any body waiting...
