I sent a scanned copy of the CSQ through IRCC WebForm which had "3 - IMMIGRATION CANADA" at the bottom right. I also confirmed by calling them whether they got it and is there anything else they need.

You can submit a complaint here. I have done that for submitting a complaint regarding the misspelled name on the CSQ. Just be polite and ask for specific actions that you think they can take and hope for an answer within 10 business days.

So it is Not Approved yet. Nothing has been mailed. Current status is “almost finished”

Two weeks ago the status was "Accepted", told me that I should be receiving a mail. Then I asked if CIC got the CSQ. Turns out they did not. Called MIFI yesterday to inquire, they told that file is "Almost Finished", I should wait 2 more weeks to get something and be patient. WTF!! I am so tired...
