Thank you so much. I have Bachelors from India and Post Graduate Diploma from Canada. So looks like in my case I would need ECA (for express entry) for my bachelors to make points. :( Not sure how long WES is taking to process.

Those are two different levels but not two degrees. One is Bachelors and another is Masters. CIC is asking for highest level of education. So do I really need to show Bachelors? If you could explain that would help me in my understanding
