My current CRS score is 414 and I have applied for Re-evaluation for writing. If I get ITA before my IELTS evaluation result, will that be eligible ?

Hi, My score of IELTS are Listening - 8.5 Reading - 7 Writing - 6.5 Speaking - 7 My total CRS points are 414. I am thinking to apply for Re-evaluation for Writing to improve my CRS points. But I am confused whether to apply for it or not as many said it has only 5% success rate. Please help
