Just wait your mum will receive an email for the PPR, it may takes sometime. Some of it 8 days some of it 2 months.

Iba iba po ung case, oo like po nung sa akin 8 days lang after ko ma received ung pre-arrival services. Siguro kasi June ung 1 year ng application ko. Wait nyo lang po darating yan maaga pa naman bago kayo mag 1 year mag PPR na kayo nyan.

Sa case ko po after 8 days lumabas na ung PPR ko. Case to case po minsan, yung background check na nakalagay sa status nyo mag uupdate yan once na approved na ung visa nyo. Kahit PPR na kayo same pa rin ung status nun background checking pa rin. Kailan po yung 1 year from the start na narecieved...
