hey!! you may need to renew PNP because they may reject your file under failed to maintain crs score!! you need to maintain score till you do landing!! they only give exception for score change due to DoB. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/resources/tools/perm/express/refuse.asp

yup, you're right! too many applicant around june, i guess

only problem would be you lose money if your exp is genuine but cannot prove it.. but 429 sure is good score. you can wait a bit here, you will get on next year!
