No you would have to check the portal and it only mentions the date when it enters assessment, not for Decision in Progress.

Hey I have one more question, in the personal history, what should I write in the To section for my current job. It only accepts date format or we can leave it blank.

That makes sense since we are not claiming points for the other experiences so submitting documents for that one doesn't make sense to me. Thanks for clarifying
