I don't know for sure but recently it seems that way! Only two people (who have posted here anyway) have gotten PPR this month and they were both June 2017 applicants. I don't know why MVO has slowed down so much. At this point I would count on 12 months, but perhaps things will pick up again.

Well I am glad to hear someones app is moving along! Did you pass the 12 month mark before getting PPR?

Seems like it varies a lot. Considering you are close to approaching the 12 month mark hopefully you won't have to wait much longer.

Background check was changed to "in progress" around April 19th. No news since.

Has anyone received DM or PPR recently? I was looking through this thread, went as far back as January I noticed many people got in DM in January and February, then hardly any in March, April, and May. Maybe people just aren't posting here? I don't know.

Our background check is finally in process after receiving the pre-arrival letter over two months ago. I would like to think that DM will come soon but MVO seems very slow, so who knows.
