Thanks again for your response.. All of those steps are done literally a hundred times. I know that there is nothing you can do with this. I have just said this situation is very uncertain for all of us. Thanks again for suggesting the options.

COngrats! I didn't know much about this gcms. May I know what status you can see on your profile? Mine is 82%, but eligibility and background are still under review.

They are rude. One of my friends suggested me to take their name and id before getting into the conversation. If the person is rude, we should submit a complaint. I will do this next time for sure.

Mine is 77% as of today. I couldn't submit the bio-metric.

I am so frustrated with CIC call representatives. They just read out what I can see on my profile. That's it.. and the common saying like "due to COVID......" Anyone here who submitted the application on March 1, 2020 (Inland-CEC)?

Did you see on your profile online that the eligibility had been passed when you called CIC? The CIC call agent can tell exactly what we see on our profile online I guess.
