I saw Decision Made in my eCAS on March 2

My E-cas was updated first and then I got the E-mail for the test invite the same day evening on Feb 15th

Passed the test and interview went well. Finished the test early and hence the officer called me first to view the documents. Mentioned that the Oath letter will be sent in 2-3 months depending on the slots available. There is municipal parking available for $2.30 / hr and max of 2 hrs behind...

you should be getting Oath sometime soon in April/ May at the max..Kitchener office started sending oath invites for August Test completed candidates now. So i kind of assessed that it might take at the max 5 months for oath, also considering that December is totally inactive.
