For me Online Application worked and i got my ECA assessed and approved by WES. Although i had to call twice for follow up by giving the Application ID to them. I did not visit Bandra Office anytime.

It is very much reliable and for me it took 3-4 weeks. dont remember exactly. It couriers the sealed copy as expected by WES. And for me it got accepted by WES as well.
