Let them know when you are staring the ceremony. They will ask you to send proof(ticket) along with your signed oath declaration. They will make your certificate a priority.

what did you eventually have to do?

1. BOWP is definitely the way to go 2. Does not matter if they do or not. Applying for it will put you in an 'implied state' till a a decision of the PR of BOWP comes first 3. If you do number 2 then you should still have your status when you send in your passport

Thanks for the reply. I am talking about the specific instruction to send the fingerprint to RCMP with the notice. I already have my police cert which has been mailed back to me. Do i now mail it back to RCMP again?
