When you submitted the application did you write them a letter to explain why you did not submit the letter of employment?

If the documents are approved then yeah, they will transfer the file to the PA visa office.

I think what happened with me was that my wife's passport number had spaces and when we added the spaces it worked. One of the forms should have the passport number you provided to them. Make sure you are putting it the exact way. Hope that helps

It took me 2 or 3 days to link it as well. Only fill out what is mandatory, a lot of fields do not need to be filled out. Number is applicants is 2 and try different things, if you try something once and it doesn't work don't try it again. You'll waste a try. I think I used passport number...

Yes, they always mention in their letter that if you are unable to provide something in the time frame provided you must notify them by writing and tell them the reason.

It depends on the country. The doctor my wife went to sent it directly. We didn't even see the form and it was approved.

I received medical first then AOR2. I wouldn't worry about it.

Then only your husband needs to fill it out for himself.
