I have one query As i have done 12th in 2014 and 3 years diploma in civil engineering 2014 to 2017 So i need to evaluate 3 year diploma as bachelor degree Credentials But i dont know that i have to only add my 3 years or i have also to add 12th evaluation.?? i confused that how will they know...

I have completed my 12th with 55% and then i completed my diploma in civil engg of 3 years in 2017 with 82 %. My ielts score is overall 6.5 and in one module 5.5 .Should i apply for post secondary diploma or post graduate diploma in canada.
