I am from Calgary too. I got my email and credential on Dec 22nd. I updated the same day. No update after that.

I tried and still doesn’t work.

I have the same error. Like you I also received email from Calgary for the portal.

I received the email from Calgary office regarding the portal on Dec 22nd. Replied after an hour or so. Received the link in the next hour. Uploaded photo and address address. Nothing since then.

I am FSW Inland Jan 2020 AOR. Even my profile wasn't touched since March. I had RCMP request in Feb. I uploaded in a week and up until last week in additional documents it showed "Your documents have been uploaded". Last week it changed to "Not applicable". I also had review required for my...

I got the email this morning. Replied back with the details. They sent link and temporary password within one hour. Uploaded photo and added address. Have to wait for eCOPR now.
