The reply didn't say specifically whether they received my CNCC or not. It only said all documents have been received and updated into their system. They cannot confirm when the application would be finalised. Somehow I'm satisfied with the answer

Mine was sent out on 27 July. I emailed CPC Ottawa on 1 Sep to check and got reply after a week.

Have you checked whether they have received your CNCC?

I got PPR today. I waited 60 days in IP1 and 5 weeks after CNCC being mailed out by police
