Today... the line that says "we sent you medical instructions" that was added today after DM and pre-arrival

Which VFS location you submitted your passport?

I know they are working on applications Month wise, but don't they pick applications date wise? I have seen some late sept applicants are getting PPR's, I am Sep 6 applicant, no update so far :( This is making me nervous

What I have noticed is once BC status changed to "in process" usually in 35-40 days, we can either expect PPR directly or DM or pre-arrival email... I am not 100% sure.. but I guess thats what the trend is
