hello everyone, my passport got delivered at ottawa today, i was tracking my canada post details and it said that "delivered to mailroom and signature option was not requested". so is it safe ? really confused . will this delay my process?

Does it matter if we have applied under the bc pnp category or express entry for the RPRF? Once we receive the request for RPRF and medical is it the same processing time for both ? Kindly reply with your expertise. Thanks
