I think you can still request webform as you are applicant. If everything was passed, CoPR should be on the way (its taking upto 3-4 weeks after everything passed).

May be they are trying to validate if all your dependents are in Canada. Asking for this through ADR is good sign, you should get positive update soon after submitting the form.

I am sure Ottawa is your secondary processing center and you are close to approval now. Primary center for CEC candidates usually is Edmonton and file moves to Ottawa once eligiblity is met.

My work permit filed on Sep 30 was approved on Dec 24 it self, my attorney informed me on Jan 16.

Thanks for sharing this. I am also CEC inland candidate and MEP & BIL completed. My background check says ‘We are processing your background...’ I am assuming is will remain the same until it completes. I think it changing to Not Applicable means it’s completed so good sign I guess.

Can you please share your timeline, like when it moved from 'We are processing your background...' to 'Your application is in progress' and then back to 'We are processing you backg....' and then to 'Not applicable'. Specially how long it took after MED/BIL?

Thank you for the clear and crisp answer. So a letter from employer stating this job offer is valid for more than a year is good enough? Any other document to prove the offer is valid as LIMA exempt or will the work permit document would suffice for it?
