I am not sure about that but I have a similar timeline. portal reminder Oct 9 afternoon 3:33 pm and I submitted photo and address within half an hour, after 2 hours they sent ECOPR on Oct 09, 6:30 PM

I have a similar profile, AOR Aug 12.. medical and BIL update on Sep 13. However, no update since then :(

Applied Aug 13th AOR, medical pass update on Sep 13; BIL requested and submitted on Sep15, and system updated on the same day as they received BIL.

nothing special I actually put the wrong information in the education section as current studies but I already finished my education. So, I changed it to finished and resubmitted. However, my points didn't changed as Canadian education 15 points but it does update my profile into the pool.
