I got mine little more than a month later (ordered it end of January and got it beginning of March). I ordered another one mid April so I'm guessing i will receive it little after mid May.

This is infuriating, a friend of mine just received their test invite (applied late September) and I'm closing into a year now, with nothing to show for it.

Not sure if this is correct, but the majority of people who got their citizenship in the past 6 months, were those who applied towards the end of 2019. These people endured a lot of delays with Covid and all. So, hopefully this 6 months average of 27 month processing time is just a misleading...

This actually shows 27 months now lol. Am I missing something? it never showed this number before, the maximum I saw was like 18 months when I used to check last year.

I think you, me, @cooldoc80 , @shahab ali and @thaikashaikh are having almost the same time lines. There is no specific time line, it depends on everyone's case i guess. I think they are almost exclusively processing online applications for the past couple of months though.

This is frustrating, applicants (paper applicants) in June, July and there is even 1 in August are getting invites, meanwhile it seams that May paper application processing is at a complete stop.

Well, it seems that the pattern would suggest that they process according to submitted/received dates with some irregularities. They start with paper application then mid month (submission/received) they would shift to processing online applications.

meanwhile I'm waiting for a ghost, zombie or even a vampire update. Anything really lol.

Is the finger print request part of the Background Check? or its an additional step?

It would take a day to update on the new system and then most probably they'll have the Background Check completed within a week, and after that wait for the test invite.
