I had same kind of email back in december. Asking more forms then you to resubmit with handwritten signature. I called to IRCC on that time. They said File# starts with x means not in system yet.

That's good for you at least. I had called to IRCC this morning. said that they are still working on some of the January applicants for AOR and keep eye on email(pretty standard answer). I think those leftovers we are as of January applicant. hope for the best.
