I had the same ghost update, when I called cic the agent told me that my medical have been extended. So i figured out that ghost update for related medical extension. You should call also and confirm the same.

AOR 19-06-2017 In IP2 since September 2017, last mail response i got was my file required additional verification i.e on 9 Jan 2018. Dont know what is going on.

at what stage your police certificate was rejected? I have the same issue but application still not rejected . Should i get the new certificate ?

At which stage your application was rejected. My PAK PCC also does not mentioned last 10 years of stay in Pak, it only states the duration of my current address where my family is residing in Karachi. My current application status states that no additional documents required and i am in IP2...
