Hi.. guys... I landed here in Toronto around 30 days.. Still did not get any Photo request mail and my PR application shows Submitted status .. Is that mean my and dependents photo are OK for PR card? usually, within how many days we get photo request if photo is not ok? any idea?

Did you get passport before your marriage? Yes, you can apply with this passport. Just mention details scenario in LOE (letter of explanation). There is no relation with your marriage with ECA.

Do you want to mean 2.2 years work experience is equivalent to 3 years work experience?? Then answer is NOT. If you have 1 day less then 3 years, you will get 2 years work experience point. They are very strict in this point.
