When you are checking your ecase do you see a line that says MEDICAL RESULTS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED If yes then you will get your passport request very soon If No so my advice is to send an email to the embassy to check your status

For me it was 4 weeks from the medical date and 2 weeks after adding the line in my ecase :)

Don't know about your visa office but for me it took 6 weeks at Cairo visa office
