Same boat since March 19th(1st PPR request). We got a second PPR request on July 19th. We been contacting IRCC since march for virtual landing but no use. Finally I am planning to ask my MP to reach out to IRCC and also request for GCMS notes. Have you guys tried any other method that worked? Thanks

No, just submitted the webform a month ago and still waiting for them to send us the next steps.

We are in the similar situation and then PPR letter had the below instructions, we have already submitted the webform, they haven't mentioned anything about submitting the passport to Ottawa office. Any idea what the steps are for the virtual landing they mentioned? Quote from PPR letter - "If...

Probably wait a day and then contact the VFS via email or helpline number.

We opted sms notification and are getting information everything there is an update. The VFS website is down i believe right now.

I sent the passport on 17th, got delivered on 18th and got the email with VFS tracking id on the same day!

The airway bill number is the tracking Did you get the tracking id?

I think then you should try to reach New Delhi office via there email or webform instead of general IRCC webform. That's the only option I can think of!

Submit a webform to request urgent processing!

You will need to prove to IRCC that your wife will return back to home country once the visa expires. So I would suggest provide them as much proof as you can and don't just submit a standard application. I would suggest, show them any property documents, fixed deposits, job related documents...

Did you have to fill out the section " Declaration to be signed Only by applicants assisted by the CVAC staff with electronic application form" in the Consent form? Similarly do leave the Biometrics section on the last page empty if we are just submitting the passport?

Got there response today for my email and replied them with the details. Do they provide payment link in the email or via phone number we provide?
