They allocate applications based on work load of visa offices all over the world and based on other criteria that we might never know.

It is a generic message which is shown when you cross the 90 day milestone..

They cannot give you more details because your application is processed outside Canada. By the way, have you checked your account? Have you seen a ghost update today?

As far as I know it means you cleared medical exam and criminal check.

At first I thought the message changes when we crosses 90 days post AoR but after checking with 7 friends who have same timeline, only 2 of them have this new message like mine. Just wonder if this is a technical glitch or something.

What is the message on the top when you log in your application? Mine crosses 90 days post AoR today and I noticed the message change from "...you might not hear from us..." to ".. make sure you read your message and take action...."

As my observation, inland applications are normally processed faster. If your Aor is 19 Jan 2019 and you have got a ghost update, I think you are close to PPR. Any Jan Aor outland applicants receive PPRs, btw? :)

I applied for GBC in late April, 2018. Got Letter of Acceptance in early Aug. I am waiting for my study permit to be approved. I will attend Strategic Relationship Marketing program. Anyone in the course too?
