I went to the VAc again and told them about the biometrics, they asked me to send an email to an id with my biometrics receipt code. I did that but so far no reply. Been more than 15 days. Have you contacted anyone?

Islamabad. Applied online. My status is exactly the same as yours. Biometrics didn't update and after 30 days it went from "action needed" to "submitted" without my fingerprints being received. Where did you apply from?

Hi there, my 30 days deadline for submitting biometrics ends tomorrow but I gave my biometrics a month ago I am not sure why it' still not updated. I applied online. Has anyone else faced a similar situation?

Same situation. Submitted biometrics on 07/17/17 and online account is still not updated.

And did you upload the study plan?

Yes I have the receipt. Also, did you upload the optional documents meaning the letter of explanation? I didn't do it. Any idea if it would make any difference.

I hope so man. It's 8th August. The 30 days for submitting biometrics end on 14th august after which application gets cancelled if biometrics not provided. I hope none of that happens. Is there any way to contact them about it or should I just wait?
