What is your advise?? 1.Have birth of Baby within Canada and after taking Passport then exit Canada. 2.Have Birth Outside Canada and then permanently move in first quarter of 2025 ?? Not sure about new born documents in that case ?

So it means i have to permanently move by May-25 to complete 2 years RO requirement ???

Dear Canuck, Sorry for delayed response. I did soft landing on 11th May 22 and then exited Canada on 04th June 2022. My PR is valid till June-2027. I believe there won’t be any RO issue ? I planned to return to Canada permanently somewhere in Mid 2025. Regards,

One last question, after the child is born outside Canada and then i alone travel to Canada to apply for his PR and after applying exit the country. Will it work ?

What is ur updated status? Why you used webform to update visa office? I got PPR email on 31.05.2019 and got married on 09.06.2019. Informed cic on 10.06.2019 and got reply thru my account on 13.06.2019. I submitted all documents on 13.07.2019. My spouse medical took place on 16.07.2019 and same...
