Does anyone know if i can apply for pgwp whilst waiting for SP ext? My ext application is way past the time specifies andthus far nothing from cic. I have now completed my studies and want to apply for phwp

applied for study permit since 23rd May to Pretoria office. Processed time was still 6 weeks then...in June that changed to 10 weeks then 13 weeks and now it is back at 10 weeks. It is going to be 11 weeks since I applied online and no response..just says in progress since I applied
