We have received a NOI (last year) and only have the Canadian equivalent to a diploma. Submitted application on 15 Nov 2017. We have just received ADR and have until 1 April to reply. Do you think OINP will reject it on this basis or look at other factors as well?

Thanks! We are in the process of getting all the documents together so that we can respond to their ADR (have until 1 April to respond). We just hope that they will accept the fact that the main applicant has a diploma. We have been in "Decision in Progress" since 12 February 2018.

Thanks for your response. We have a WES report and have already ordered a duplicate which was sent to OINP and they received. The problem is the WES report says that the primary applicant only had a diploma and not a degree. Would we still be able to get nomination on this if our score is good...
