I checked my application today and it says I've been scheduled for the ceremony on May 24! Woohoo! It was updated to in progress on May 8. Haven't received the email yet, but assume that'll come in the next few days.

After months of what seemed like nothing happening (the last update was May 2021) I randomly checked my application today and I've been invited to take the citizenship test! Yippee! It says test activity changed to "in progress" on March 2 and I can take the test between March 10 and March 31...

No need to mention it in the address because you were on vacation - it was a temporary absence. Just put it in the physical presence calculator and say you attended a friends wedding in the comments.

No worries! We were a bit confused about that too, but realised it must be a form glitch and there's not much we can do about it really until the form is updated. That's correct. "No" in the 2020 column for filing tax because it can't be filed yet.

We just did this yesterday. As long as the online calculator is correct and you meet the eligibility period. There's not much you can do about it! Seems like a bit of a glitch with the form as it'll put from 2016-01-26 To 2021-01-26 rather than 2016-01-27 to 2021-01-26 like the calculator.

After receiving the PPR 2 weeks ago, we received our COPR on Tuesday and landed yesterday. :) All the best to people still waiting.

Turns out it wasn’t. It was a request for rcmp check for my partner. My office is Ottawa.
