Bad new for Kingston too. Processing time moved from 14 to 17 months.

I personally think its all about the visa office. It has nothing to do with the specific case. The faster visa offices are in the minority while applicants from all other visa offices (slow offices) are frustrated with what is going on. Best wishes guys and I hope that we from the slow visa...

Based on what we've experieced on this forum, I think we can safely say that PERs are being received on an average of about 4 months after CIO receives the application.
