Hi everyone. Quick question. When soneone gets a new passport does it need to be scanned and sent into CIC! When my partner received his new passport he applied for another OWP which he also just received. So does that mean they have it due to sending it to apply for new OWP?

I waited until we received AOR but I have heard of others linking successfully before hand. Do you have an existing UCI # if so then try it!

That definitely doesn't sound right. Even if package was missing something you would've received it back a long time ago as it happened to me and 7 weeks later I got the application back and resent that same day and AOR was finally received on Aug 3...I would call CIC!!!

I submitted my app an June 27th and fgot AOR August 3rd so it should be about now.
