    My Citizenship Journey

Very well narrated. Thanks. Can you also talk about how did you travel to Australia after your oath? I'll thinking you'd have to surrender your older passport and the Australian Visa with it?

PPR - Passport submitted but returned without stamped or Landing letter...!!

Hey, when did you get your passports back? Did you travel? How did it pan out for you

    Address History

Hey I'm in a similar situation.Have you found an answer? I have read the forums for an answer but I'm still slightly unsure about address history in my case. I have travelled outside my country of origin/citizenship/permanent residence on business trips of varying lengths. I have travelled out...

    FBI PCC

This is good. Thanks for the effort. Could you define the blue dates. As in they are packet open area or any other? Thanks.

    FBI PCC

How do you know if they are moving to June this week. Another form suggested they are entering last week of May so June should be next week. Nevertheless, its coming soon enough.

    FBI PCC

PCC don't have an expiry date. They are literally true as on date but it is up to CIC to dictate how recent they want the PCC to be. My PCC was issued in May and I am going to use it in the first week of sept. I think that should suffice. I think I read somewhere that PCC are good for 6 months...

    FBI PCC

If I were you I would decline and get another ITA with that score as PCC less likely to make it in time.

    FBI PCC

I had got ITA on the same date however my PCC wasn't going to make it soon. I had declined the invitation and got another's ITA now. I know how it feels. Congratulations!

Many congratulations to those who are in! I continue to believe that the CRS will comeback down in future so hang in there and all the best. See you around as I go through eAPR experience with some great people in the forum.

    Ray of Hope 68th Draw

H Thanks WM, I had actually read some threads indicating extension but I still felt I'm subjecting myself to some level of discretion in a scenario where the Draws, CIC targets and CRS looked really favorable while sittin at 449. But yea, it had to be this way I guess! Looking at your...

    Ray of Hope 68th Draw

That is awesome! I didn't decline soon enough to be picked up again. My original ITA was in May. Just waiting for a draw - be it CRS lol. Hope the application is going great for you!

It's unfortunate man. It really is. To top that I just had a few days over 6 months in US. Only if I had returned a few days earlier :P

    Ray of Hope 68th Draw

The FBI certificate was taking too long. Would have missed the 90 day mark. Thought decline and fresh start will keep things clean and straight without LOE n stuff! Not sure if that was a great step given the draw scenario so far.

I think you'll get an ITA sooner or later. If your NOC warrants LMIA you may go for it I think. You might have seen this already: http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/employers/apply-who.asp#do_you_nedd_LMIA
