    Not all ghost udates are good news when medical get expired you also get a ghost update i got ghost update 2 times once after pre ariival and the second when my medical got expied

    I recevied that letter in Jan 2020 after that nothing until vfs is closed you wont get any updates

    It happens when your medical is near to its expirey date or expired..no idea about extention of med but it wont affect your app i have seen many people who were asked to de re medical
