Actually when we got notified about the sponsor approval, it was also indicated that the application was going to be transfer to Paris. And the request for additional information came from that embassy, so I am quite sure my papers are there already. Thanks for the info though.

Hi everyone. I was having the same problem that many of you. I can confirm that what made the trick for me was to type "2" in the "number of family members part of this application" box. They could make it easier for many people by specifying that you should count your sponsor. I hope it helps.
