I got an update online about the oath ceremony taking place on the 25th of August but haven't received an email. how long before the ceremony does the email come and who should i contact if i don't receive it?

I have sent my paper application on the 20th of May 2021 and last time i heard back was in October when my background check was completed. i haven't heard anything ever since. no test invite and nothing. anybody has an idea what to do in this case? anybody had any success with anything?

Actually the passport from my country doesn't let me visit my country. It is just for external use as an ID. So technically i am stateless. It is a very complex situation i don't think IRCC will be able to understand it but as you said I will call them anyway. Thank you

For the test, they mentioned on the website that you have to be in Canada while taking it. I don't know about the others though.

As we all know, IRCC started sending invitations for online citizenship tests but where are the interviews at? Are they canceled? Are they moving online too? Or was the bottleneck only shifted from the tests to the interviews? If anyone has information about this please let us know.
