You are welcome. Unless there are legal reasons that I’m unaware of, you should still be able to create an account for yourself and link any applications in progress. I didn’t use a lawyer but folks who did might know better.

I have tried linking using every option, it still can’t find my application. It’s tough to know the real status for cases like me. Calling the agent anyways gives us a standard answer which in most cases is not accurate!

I would do as @YANP had suggested. We have to live with this inefficient existing model. Please resend them your photos asap and keep a track of your dates.

Both of your scenarios are possible. Apparently, most here belong to the second part of your query. I.e. Landed and asked to resend photos due to photos that do not meet IRCC's requirements. On the other hand, I have also seen cases where people were asked to resend photos, even before COPR...
